Sony’s Miracles From Heaven is a box office hit. The TD Jakes produced film has raked in over $18 million since its March 16 release date in theaters proving once again that faith based films can pull in mainstream audiences and be profitable. In the comedy’s finale, attorney and pregnant former teen mom Maddy (LeToya Luckett) is fed up with both men in her life, Victor (Andra Fuller) and Cedric (Travis Winfrey). Maddy wants to fin a way for everyone to make peace. Maddy’s daughter, Shante (Kyndall Ferguson) is scared she may have fallen into the family curse and Maddy’s mom Loretta (Wendy Raquel Robinson) fears she may be going through “the change.”
