It pains me to gripe about by iPhone, but I had to do it, just in case any of you are having problems with this device that I otherwise love, love, love.
Today is the second time in the past 2 months that I received a software update reminder and when I agreed and clicked to update there was an error during the update. The error message said I must restore my iPhone to its original settings. The only way I could get the phone to work again was to click restore and chance losing all contacts, voice memos, pics, videos, text messages, etc., that I did not have a chance to back up to the iCloud.
I don’t know if you have ever had this problem with software updates that are supposed to fix the bugs and glitches, but this really chaps my hide.
Apple, please fix the bugs in your software updates!
And that’s my gripe for the day.
